We Trust You'll Take Care of Our Toys
Overdue Items
The loan period is a maximum of 4 weeks, or 2 weeks for our temporary membership. We charge $1 per week for each item that is overdue. You may extend your loan by contacting us via email before the due date.
Please note: you cannot borrow new toys until the overdue toy(s) have been returned.
Toy Catalogue
Our toy catalogue is located here and can be logged into by each of our members. Browse through our toys and view which items you have borrowed and check when they are due to be returned.
At Home
Check toys before use and report any missing pieces or other concerns to our email address or contact form within 24 hours of borrowing the toys. Please respect our toys. Ensure they are looked after and stored indoors when not in use.
Returns
Ensure all toys are returned clean and complete in their bag or box/tub. If pieces are missing we will ask you to renew the item and take it home again for another month so you can find them.
Losses or Damaged Items
We know you will do your best to return the toys in good condition, but we also know that things happen with little ones! Replacement fees will apply for lost or damaged items including bags and boxes/tubs.
Batteries & Safety
You will need to supply your own batteries if you borrow a toy that requires them. The battery must be returned before return of the toy.
We do not loan toys that contain button or lithium/rechargeable batteries.
